How do I withdraw funds?

Clients under CySEC, FCA and SCB:

You can withdraw funds by logging in to your FxPro Direct (direct.fxpro.com if you are under CySEC, direct.fxpro.co.uk if you are under FCA or direct.fxpro.global if you are under SCB), where you should make a withdrawal request. To do so, click on the green ‘Manage FxPro Vault’ button on the sidebar. You will then be able to transfer funds between your Vault and your trading accounts, view your transaction history and make deposits or withdrawals to or from your Vault by clicking on the relevant link.

Our Client Accounting Department will receive your request and proceed within 1 working day.

Please be advised that the following policy applies for all withdrawals: If a withdrawal request is made within a 6-month period from the moment of deposit, Credit Card deposits must be withdrawn first, followed by PayPal deposits, followed by Skrill deposits. Once all deposits made via the three aforementioned methods are refunded, you will be able to withdraw via any other method you wish.
