When you first open your MT4 Currency Trading Platform it doesn’t log you in automatically. To make sure you have logged into your account click on the File tab at the top left of the MT4, and then select Login.
A window will open in the middle of your screen asking for your Login/Account Number, Password and Server.
The login and password will be found in the email we sent you upon activation of your account. You must also select your server from the dropdown. If you are unsure of the server you should connect to, please contact our support team for assistance.
