Complaint Handling Procedure

FxPro deals with all expressions of dissatisfaction about any financial services activity provided or withheld by our firm. Your complaints may be oral, written, by email or by telephone. We consider it important that we deal properly with any reasonable complaint made by a customer, whatever the subject matter of the complaint.

Should you have a complaint or dispute regarding the product or service you have received from FxPro UK, you should direct your complaint to the Compliance Officer, at FxPro UK Limited, 13/14 Basinghall Street, London, EC2V 5BQ, or at info@fxpro.co.uk.

Please note that FxPro UK Limited acts as an introducer to its parent and the services provided by FxPro Financial Services are not subject to the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Order Execution Policy

Investor Compensation Fund

As accounts are opened with our parent company, you should note that FxPro Financial Services Limited are not subject to membership of the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme. However, they are subject to membership of the Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund.
